Xcaret, is Mexico’s majestic paradise. This eco-friendly natural park has more than 40 attractions for all ages. Swim in underground rivers, stroll along trails in the middle of the jungle, and explore mysterious caves. Discover new colors at the Butterfly Pavilion. Dive into the mysteries of the ocean at the Coral Reef Aquarium. Admire closely the fauna that inhabits the park; such as deer, Jaguars, flamingos and exotic birds. While in Xcaret you can visit Mayan ruins, a Mexican Folk Art Museum, a Traditional Hacienda Henequenera, and the Chapel of Guadalupe.
Enjoy the Mexican culture and be entertained with pre-Hispanic dances at the Equestrian show. Be amazed by the splendid presentation of “Xcaret Mexico Espectacular”, with more than 300 artists on stage.

Xcaret Basic Admission
- Xcaret Park Mexico opens 365 days a year from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.

- Does not Include Food or Snorkeling Equipment
- Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
- Only use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide are allowed in the park.
- Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
Children under 12 years of age and over 4.5 ft tall must show an ID to verify their age as well.
Snorkeling gear rental costs $10.99 USD (requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD).
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya is included if you add it at the moment of purchase.
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your original booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees; cancellations made between 0 and 2 days prior to your original booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price.
It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.

- Transportation can only be included by calling Customer Service. The telephone numbers are located at the top and the bottom of this Swimming in three underground rivers (a secure bag service for your belongings during the river journey is included). Open until 5:30 p.m.
- Access to the beach, inlet and natural pools.

- Help us preserve and care for our ecosystem! To avoid affecting the natural balance of the ecosystem, only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the Park. If your products don’t meet this requirement, at the Park entrance you will find an Information Booth where you can exchange your sunscreen for a free sample of a biodegradable product. Your sunscreen will be returned to you upon departure.
