Cancun has over 3.8 Million visitors each year from all over the world. As a whole, Mexico gets a bad rap, it’s a huge country. The overwhelming majority of violence is created by drug cartels at the border with the US. Cancun is far from the border. Cancun is safe for all visitors.

If you are traveling from the United States or Canada you do not need a visa to enter Mexico, all you need is your passport and at the airport you will receive a visitor’s permit.

Cancun international airport is located 7.5 miles (12km) from downtown Cancun and 12.5 miles (20km) southwest for the heart of the Cancun hotel zone.

Wi-Fi is available at all resorts public areas and rooms. Some resorts do have a fee for this  service.

The majority of the resorts have A/C in the room.

Water is purified to US standards, resorts provide bottled water which is part of the all-inclusive. Outside the resorts, we recommend that you drink bottled water, if you are going to be in the sun all day, make sure you drink plenty of water. Cancun is a bit humid.

110 volts, we recommend that you bring a converter if using 220-volt devices.

We do not allow pets of any type at any of the resorts.

All standard guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of up to five persons in room.

Resorts are handicap friendly, accommodations are offered on a limited basis. Interested in booking a handicap room, contact us at 888-222-0663. We verify availability and secure the room in advance.

Yes, guest may pre-arrange gift baskets, floral arrangements, specialty food items or beach toys. Bubbly

Public buses operate constantly throughout the hotel zone. Taxis that can take you around town, ask cab driver for prices before entering cab.

Cancun has a tropical climate, the average temperatures range from 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The hottest months are end of May to August. December to February temperatures drop to 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and rainy season are from June to October.

The official language in Cancun, Mexico is Spanish. The service staff at our resorts speak Spanish and English.
